We would love to have you join one of our ministries at St. Paul's that serve the church community.

St. Paul’s Ministries

Worship Leaders (coordinators for each service)

Nishma Coordinator: Saoirse Charis-Graves
We are in need of coordinators for our 8:00 am and 10:30 am services!
Volunteer to be a part of our weekly services, or become a coordinator. The coordinators make sure that all of the roles are filled as needed and recruit new worship leaders as needed. Worship leaders volunteer to participate at their convenience, and a new schedule is created each month.

Altar Guild

Coordinator: Billie Brown
The Altar Guild dresses the altar and sanctuary for each service. Volunteers are on a rotating schedule, and are usually responsible, with a partner, for approximately one week out of six.

Youth Program

Our youth program is just getting started, but contact Mother Alwen if you are interested in being a volunteer. All volunteers with the youth program will need to complete an online safety course and pass a background check.

Sunday School

Coordinator: Renee Parkhurst
Volunteers can teach or assist with Sunday school classes. Volunteers must complete an online safety course and pass a background check.

Community Meals

Coordinator (1st Weds): Terrie Fontenot
Coordinator (3rd Weds): Kim Zeiner
Volunteer to help cook, serve, clean up, or bring in food or desserts as needed. Every meal is different, but all are great! If you are able, consider taking over coordinating the 3rd Wednesday meal. CLICK HERE to learn more.

Outreach

Coordinator: Susan Geiger
The Outreach committee meets monthly to determine which causes outside of the church we will assist, financially and otherwise. CLICK HERE to learn more.

women of St. Paul’s

Coordinator: Carol Davenport
The mission of the Women of St. Paul’s, through our faith in God, is to promote spirituality, strength, support and service to our church and community. CLICK HERE to learn more.

The Epistle Newsletter

Coordinators: Judy Henderson, Nancy Colligan, & Kathy Breit

New Members

New Member coordinator needed!!
This ministry makes sure that new members are welcomed and integrated into the St. Paul’s community. We currently do not have an acting coordinator - are you interested in taking this on?

Pastoral Care

Coordinator: Carol Davenport
A lay organization that makes sure that the members of our church are having their physical and spiritual needs met in times of trouble. Pastoral Care meets once per month.

Prayer Chain

Coordinator: Ardyth Fournier
Pray for those who ask for prayers for any reason. Time commitment varies based on need.

Lay Eucharistic Visitors

Coordinator: Dirk Freeman
Lay Eucharistic Visitors take communion to people who are unable to make it to church. Becoming a lay Eucharistic visitor requires some training.

Needle Craft for the Needy

Coordinator: Renee Parkhurst
Needle crafters of all kinds and abilities meet once a month to create prayer shawls for members of our congregation, and warm hats, scarves, etc., which are donated to the Gathering Place.
